SPORTS GRACIA SL acts as a distributor of manufacturers that guarantee that the products offered enjoy rigorous quality controls.

The characteristics of each product are presented on the website www.sportsgracia.com, within each product file.

The images and colors of the products that are for sale may, in some cases, not accurately reflect the reality of the product. This may be due to the characteristics of the screen used by the user or the specifications of the Internet browser.

All the products that the user receives at their delivery address will incorporate their corresponding and original label. It is important that the user review the conditions of the product before its use and the removal of said label. When making a return, SPORTS GRACIA SL reserves the right not to accept returns of products without their respective label, which have been damaged or whose essential and qualitative characteristics have been altered.

The prices of the products indicated on the website include VAT and other taxes that may apply. The prices indicated next to the product do not include the costs corresponding to the shipment of products (transport costs). These are detailed separately during the purchase process and must be accepted at the end of said process. The discount and the final prices of the products are made based on the prices provided by the supplier. These prices may be subject to continuous updates. Before placing an order, the user must make sure what the final price of the product is.

In the event of a typographical or technical error in the price of a product included in an order, we will contact you to indicate the correct price and thus give you the possibility to finalize the order with the correct price. In case you do not agree with the correct price or if we cannot contact you, we will cancel the order by refunding the amount you have paid.

Availability

The number of units available for each product is based on the amount of stock available in our warehouse. SPORTS GRACIA SL, as far as possible, will try to accommodate all requests made by users.

In the event that, once an order has been placed, the requested product is not available, SPORTS GRACIA SL will proceed to cancel said order. SPORTS GRACIA SL will contact the user via email to communicate said cancellation and specify the process for returning the money.

Safety

The bank details provided by the user to make the purchase will always be transmitted securely to the servers of the corresponding bank and subsequently verified with the bank or issuing box, to avoid possible fraud and abuse.

For your safety and as a measure to prevent any attempt at fraud, SPORTS GRACIA SL reserves the right to ask its customers for additional information about the payment made, in order to ensure the authenticity of the means of payment used in each order. In no case will this data be stored in any medium whatsoever.

Place and delivery times

SPORTS GRACIA SL will ask buyers to specify a place of delivery of the order in each purchase process that they carry out. It is necessary for the buyer to choose a shipping location where the carrier will find someone to deliver the order to.

In the event that the carrier does not find anyone at the delivery address, it will leave a notification and the buyer must contact the carrier following the contact details that such notification will contain. A new delivery date will be arranged and the place of shipment will be reconfirmed. In the event of a second failed shipping attempt, the carrier will return the item to the offices of SPORTS GRACIA SL.

The delivery period for orders, provided that we have stock of the ordered product, will be 5 working days from receipt of payment, when the delivery address is in Peninsular Spain). For shipments to the Canary Islands, the delivery time may vary from 5 to 7 business days.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be considered received the first business day after the same.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and will be effective during the purchase process.

Shipping costs vary according to the delivery area (mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Europe).

The shipping costs for returns due to tare or defect attributable to SPORTS GRACIA SL, will be borne by SPORTS GRACIA SL (for more information on returns, see section specific).

However, the amount of the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded in case of withdrawal.

Loss

Although SPORTS GRACIA SL and the subcontracted companies have developed a procedure and optimal control systems to avoid loss and loss during the entire product handling process, it is impossible to guarantee all deliveries.

In the event that an order is lost, SPORTS GRACIA SL will request the lost items again from the corresponding suppliers. In the event that some items were not available in stock, SPORTS GRACIA SL would contact the buyer and return the unit cost of the lost item plus the proportional part of the shipping costs with the same payment method chosen by the customer. when making the purchase.

Returns


From the moment the product arrives at your home, you have 14 days to return it as long as it is communicated within that period, directly through the usual means of contact published on our website. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer.


We offer you the option of making the physical change in our establishments, but in this case, the money will not be returned but the product will be substituted for another or a purchase voucher will be made for the value of the item / items purchased.


You have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use and guarantees. The return shipment to our establishment is the responsibility of the customer.


It is very important that you return the product (s) perfectly packed. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept returns. Except for factory defects, returns will not be accepted on already assembled ski equipment.


Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and we verify that all the above conditions are met, SPORTS GRACIA will accept the return of the product and the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made.


If it is not possible to make the shipment or delivery of the merchandise purchased by the customer (lack of stock), SPORTS GRACIA SL will return the amount of the order to the customer.


Return process

The return process comprises the following steps:

  • The Buyer must send an email to [email protected] and our Customer Service will contact him from 10:00 to 13:00 and  16:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday.
  • The products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and in the box or envelope in which the order arrived.
  • The Buyer must mark in a conspicuous place outside the package the original order number.
  • The Buyer must include the delivery note, indicating the code, quantity and the reason for the exchange or return.
  • The Buyer will contract the transport and send the merchandise freight prepaid to SPORTS GRACIA SL.
  • The items purchased will be the responsibility of the customer until their arrival at the warehouse.
  • When it physically arrives, we will check that everything is correct, and we will refund the amount of the items purchased at the price paid within 15 business days.
  • The return does not imply additional shipping costs, but SPORTS GRACIA SL will only refund the shipping costs of the original order in case of defective product.
  • If the product is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to bill you for the product, as well as any associated expenses.
  • If a return modifies the conditions of sale of a promotion (checks, discounts, coupons, etc.), those of the latter will apply. It may be the case that the amount of said promotion has to be deducted from the refund.
